Welcome message from Mr Paul Zangue, Head of DZK

Welcome to Deutschzentrum KAGEDEV (DZK), a non-profit language centre that, since its founding in 2017, has established itself as a key reference in language teaching in Cameroon. This remarkable success rests on a bold vision: making language learning accessible to everyone and turning it into a lever for international opportunities.

Our mission is to train learners capable of overcoming linguistic and cultural barriers to access studies, careers and partnerships on a global scale. We believe that language is far more than a communication tool: it is a passport to the future, a bridge between cultures, and a vector of social transformation.

Since 2017, DZK has experienced exceptional growth. With centres in Douala, Yaoundé and Bafoussam, we have supported thousands of students and professionals towards academic and professional success.

Today, DZK aims to go even further: becoming an officially accredited centre for organising internationally recognised language examinations.

DZK is not just a language centre: it is a dynamic community, a driver of change and a strategic partner for international mobility.

Welcome to DZK — where your future begins and every word counts.

Deutschzentrum KAGEDEV (DZK) is a non-profit language centre based in Cameroon, with strategic branches in Douala, Yaoundé and Bafoussam. Its mission is clear: to promote the learning of foreign languages, particularly German and French, in order to offer learners academic and professional opportunities on an international scale.

DZK also organises placement tests, cultural workshops and exam simulation sessions, allowing learners to become familiar with the requirements of official certifications such as telc, Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF and ÖSD.

Our vision is ambitious: to make DZK a reference network in Central Africa.
